Safety Equipment
Helmets must be worn at all times when riding: This is compulsory for everyone using the skatepark, no exceptions. Hire ours onlineΒ if you do not have your own
Additional protective equipment like elbow, knee and shin pads is strongly recommended, especially for newer riders, though not compulsory.
Age Based Sessions
When you pay, you’ll receive a coloured wristband linked to a specific age session. This helps us keep the right riders in the right session at the right time, so everyone has appropriate space to ride.
Please stick to the age session you’re wristbanded for, as shown on our website and on signage around the skatepark.
Weather & Closures
For everyone’s safety, the skatepark will be closed by a team member if it rains/is damp. Wet surfaces make riding hazardous.Β
If rain is forecast, you’ll be given a weather warning before you pay, so you can decide whether to go ahead with your visit.
Permitted Equipment
The skatepark is designed for: BMX bikes, scooters, skateboards, jump bikes, inline/roller skates, and trials bikes.
The following equipment is not permitted: mountain bikes, remote control cars, electric vehicles, and Cyclopark hire bikes.
