The Benefits Of Chair Fit & Chat
Why You'll Love It!
Our 45-minute, Chair Fit & Chat classes have been designed to allow anyone to take part in a group class!
Each exercise can be altered to ensure those with low-mobility are can follow along.
Classes use a mix of equipment and body weight exercises, from resistance bands and foam blocks to seated marching and a range of stretches. All equipment is included!
Classes take place in our bright and spacious studios, that allow for up to 35 people per class!
We encourage pre-booking on the Cyclopark App, as sessions fill up fast!
Despite being FREE to over-65’s, anyone can benefit from Chair Fit & Chat classes! Session price for non-members under 65 is £5.00.

Free Drinks
After the classs, the ParkEat cafe team will provide hot drinks and biscuits for those who wish to stay and talk! If you are attending the class, we recommend bringing a bottom of water with you to drink during the class.
Car Parking
Our 200 space, onsite ANPR car park permits free parking for Blue Badge Holders. Please inform a member of the reception team upon arrival, to input your car registration to avoid receiving a parking fine.
If you are not a Blue Badge Holder, please pay for parking at the YourParkingSpace kiosk by the reception entrance
