Parent and Baby Classes Available at Cyclopark, Gravesend

Our Parent and baby fitness classes are regular group exercise sessions, altered to allow mums to attend with their babies through the weekdays all year round.

We have a wide range of class types ranging from HIIT, yoga, kettlebells, prenatal fitness and more, all in our dedicated fitness studios.

All equipment is included within the session – we even have baby change facilities, a café and onsite car parking.

Baby Friendly Gym Sessions

Finding time to visit the gym, or motivation to complete home workouts, can be difficult when you have a baby. 

That’s why, at our Gravesend gym, we allow parents to bring their baby to their gym session!

  • Children must remain in carrier/high chair
  • Weekday off-peak access only (9am - 4pm)

As one of Gravesend’s only baby friendly gyms, we recommend that parents use the quieter Garage H.I.I.T Studio (picture above) if they are planning on bringing their baby to the gym as it is naturally quieter than the main studio.
