Whether you are new to training, or returning having had your baby, we offer a range of exercises and circuit-based classes to suit your fitness, strength and weight loss goals.
Our parent and baby classes, and off-peak gym sessions, allow you to bring your baby along to your workout so you can get back to fitness sooner, and in a supportive environement!

What Are The Benefits Of Exercising With Your Baby?
Exercising with your baby strengthens your bond and supports emotional development through close, consistent interaction!
It helps parents stay active and boost mood without needing separate time away from their child!
Parents benefit physically and mentally, while babies enjoy movement, stimulation, and learning through observation. It’s a fun, healthy routine for both!
Early exposure to exercise encourages motor skill development in babies and builds a foundation for lifelong healthy habits!


Parent & Baby Classes
Our high energy and supportive weekday classes focus on different exercises and work in small groups so you can meet similar parents along the way!
Our classes are available for mums and dads, on a Pay-as-you-go basis, or included in our amazing, value focused, Park Active Membership!
Can I bring my baby/child along?
Absolutely! We ask that babies are safely strapped into buggy’s or carriers during the session. Older children are welcome too, providing they are able to sit quietly throughout the class
Minimum Age of Child:
6 weeks old. The mother must have completed a 6 week postnatal check before attending a class, to ensure that she has recovered from child birth and safe to exercise again
Maximum Age of Child:
4 years old. As mentioned before, older children can attend whilst parent’s workout however, we do ask that they sit quietly to the side – we suggest bringing something to entertain them during the class

Parent & Baby Gym Sessions
Finding time to visit the gym, or motivation to complete homeworks, can be difficult when you have a baby!
That’s why we allow parents and their babies to attend the gym during off-peak hours: Monday to Friday, between 11am & 4pm!
Babies must be kept in a carrier at all times and must not be left unattended throughout your workout.
We recommend that parents use the Garage H.I.I.T Studio (pictured below) if they are planning on bringing your child along to a gym workout, as this space is generally quieter and less attended, meaning parents can use the facilities uninterrupted with their little ones.
To make use of this amazing opportunity, parents must take out a ParkActive Membership! This membership, includes: Off peak gym access, specific fitness classes, bike hire, free parking and more for £24.50 / month!
