At Cyclopark, we are deeply committed to making movement accessible and affordable for the entire Gravesham community.
Driven by our charitable activities and mission to get people moving in Gravesham, all the activities detailed here are priced in a community-orientated way, focused on affordability.
You will find that many of these fantastic opportunities are free, or at a significant discount, for identified groups, ensuring that whether you are seeking free wellbeing rides, discounted adaptive cycling, or specialised fitness classes for families, seniors, or those with specific health needs, these programmes are specifically tailored for local residents of our community!

FREE Movement Not Meds 4 ALL
- Who: Up to 45 Adults with learning difficulties and their carers.
- What: Free access to specific Cyclo4All adaptive cycling, Gardening and nutrition, Spin 4 All and Chair Fit 4 All. Participants must register for a Movement Not Meds 4 All membership to access these facilities.
- When: Limited time programme between December ’25 to March ’26.
FREE Community Wellbeing Rides
- Who: Adults looking to ride through the winter gloom as part of a group. Delivered in partnership with North Kent Mind and Limitless at Cyclopark.
- What: Free weekly ride on our traffic free, floodlit road circuit throughout the winter months. Hot drink and wellbeing chat included
- When: Every Monday (18:00 – 20:00)
FREE Movement Not Meds Programme
- Who:Â a total of up to 120 individuals aged 11 years and older from Gravesham who are struggling to make ends meet and living with underlying health conditions
- What: a four-month programme providing regular consultations, programme writing and access to low impact exercise classes and facilities with a six-month follow-up
- When: on-going registration until October 2025
FREE Over 65s Chair Fit & Chat classes
- Who:Â each class has up to 25 individuals aged 65 years and older plus an accompanying adult / carer
- What: Chair Fit exercise class followed by a drink and chat. An accompanying adult can take a quiet stroll or read a book during the class and join for a drink and chat afterwards.
- When:Â on-going every Monday (10.15am) and Wednesday (2pm)
FREE Cyclo Run
- Who: Runners aged 16+ (memebrs and non members)
- What: Free, exclusiveus of our traffic-free Road Circuit for running and walking. Complete 2 laps for a 5km start to your Sunday.
- When: Every Sunday morning (8:00 – 9:00). When the circuit is closed for events, the run continues off-site.
FREE Gravesham Bike Project
- Who:Â a total of up to 12 individuals aged 10 to 17 years old
- What: FREE 10-session programme providing cycling coaching (generic skills, mountain bike and race BMX coaching) and bike mechanics workshops.
- When: Weekly sessions on either Friday nights, or Saturday afternoons between March ’26 – May ’26. Register now to be apart of the Gravesham Bike Project.
Discounted Parent & Baby Fitness classes
- Who:Â each class has up to 15 parents with their babies
- What: Whether you are new to training, or returning having had your baby, we offer a range of exercises and circuit-based classes to suit your fitness, strength and weight loss goals for just £7.50 a class, no additional childcare costs
- When: on-going every weekday
Discounted Cyclo4All adaptive cycling sessions
- Who:Â each session has up to 60 individuals of all ages with disabilities or special needs and an accompanying adult / carer,
- What: everyone can enjoy amazing, inclusive cycling experiences in a safe and welcoming space for just £5.50 per 30-minute slot.
- When: on-going every Wednesday (9am to 12.30pm).Â
Discounted Family Play Park & Cycloland access
- Who: families of up to five – two adults and three children up to 11 years old
- What: explore our 3,000 square foot play park and CycloLand area – the perfect space for youngsters to start riding their scooter or balance bike with all day access for all five at just £4.50
- When: on-going, every day
