Long Term Pain Management
This programme is for up to 12 individuals aged 18 years and older with chronic low back pain. It is designed to strengthen, reduce pain and increase mobility of the lower back and surrounding structures, and to increase confidence, both in the use of exercise and being active with your condition. The ultimate goal is for participants to take control of your future health and wellbeing.
This is a forty-week exercise rehabilitation programme involving specific clinics, programme writing and access to exercise classes and facilities with the Cyclopark Charity and The Healing Zone.
You will take part in specific weekly sessions for the first twenty weeks followed by monthly follow ups to monitor progress with The Healing Zone. During the whole 40 weeks, you have access to the facilities, classes and instructors at Cyclopark to support your rehabilitation.
