Our Fitness Spaces

Personal Training sessions take place in our Fitness Studio and Garage HIIT Studio at Cyclopark, Gravesend!

These spaces contain a mixture of:

  • Cardio machines
  • Resistance machines
  • Free weights
  • Barbell racks

With mirrors, lockers, onsite parking, changing rooms, showers, cafe and outoor views at the venue, our Personal Trainers will work with you to get you feeling fitter and stronger this year, in a community driven facility!

We have a great team of Personal Trainers who are ready to work with you to help you reach your fitness goals!

Funmi

Funmi is a personal trainer and fitness instructor with 8 years experience, with a special interest in helping pre and postnatal women. She is passionate about empowering women to be strong in all areas of their lives through her PT sessions and Parent and Baby Body Conditioning class.

Russ

Russ is a CIMSPA-approved Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience, specialising in strength, fitness, and sustainable results. Drawing from his own transformation, he delivers simple, supportive coaching tailored to help clients build confidence and achieve lasting change.

Michelle

Michelle is a CIMSPA-accredited Personal Trainer specialising in functional fitness and mobility, helping clients move with confidence and build lasting strength. She delivers simple, progressive training that keeps clients consistent, supported, and confident in their bodies.
