Cyclopark membership gives you access to our fitness facilities, cycling tracks, and a range of community programmes — plus exclusive discounts, priority booking, and members-only events.

Whether you’re joining on a monthly or annual plan, your membership helps support Cyclopark Charity’s mission to promote health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles for everyone.

If you ever decide to cancel your membership, the process is simple.

All cancellations are managed through our Membership Cancellation Form, which ensures everything is processed quickly and correctly.

MEMBERSHIP FAQ'S

How do I Freeze / Pause my Membership?

Freezing / Pausing your Membership temporarily stops your monthly payments, and consequently, stops access to the facility / Membership perks.

Memberships can be Freezed / Paused for a maximum of 3 months. Memberships can be Frozen / Paused on medical grounds only.

If the duration you wish to Freeze / Pause exceeds 3 months, we recommend requesting to cancel your membership until a time in which you can rejoin as a member *

To Freeze / Pause your Membership, please email reception@cyclopark.com or fitness@cyclopark.com requesting to Freeze / Pause your Membership.

Each case is reviewed individually and granted at the discretion of the Park Fitness team.

* Please note: If you cancel your Membership and rejoin, you will do so at the current Membership rate.

I don't know how to use a specific gym equipment

There is a wide array of equipment in our gym studios, ranging from free weights, cardio machines and resistance machines.

If you unaware about how to use the machines – please scan the QR code on the specific machine you want to use, to receive information about how to set it up and what exercises it enables you do to.

Not all machines have this feature, so if you are still unsure, please speak to member of team!

How does Parent and Baby Fitness work?

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks postpartum following a Caesarean section.

  • A 6-week postnatal check must be completed, and clearance from a healthcare professional obtained before beginning any exercise programme.

Classes

  • Babies and toddlers must remain secured in a pram, buggy, carrier, car seat, or high chair for the duration of the class.

  • Older siblings (up to 4 years old) must remain seated throughout the session.

Gym Access

  • Babies (up to 18 months) are permitted in the main gym and garage areas only on weekdays between 11:00am and 4:00pm.

  • Babies must remain secured in a pushchair or carrier at all times while in these areas.

How do I access my Guest Pass?

Guest passes are available monthly and allow a valid membership holder to bring a friend or family member into venue to access perks of the membership for the day once a month.

Guest Passes are included within the following Memberships:

  • Park Fitness
  • Park Active
  • Student Park Fitness

Guest Passes are NOT included within the following Memberships:

  • Park Junior
  • Park Play & Ride
  • Park Play

Areas that Guest Passes can be used:

  • Fitness Studios
  • Road Circuit / MTB Trails 

Areas that Guest Passes CANNOT be used:

  • Fitness Classes / Cycle Coaching 
  • Road Circuit / MTB Trails 

Guest passes are for gym or track only – 1 per month. Must visit with active membership holder. Over 16 only.

Not bike hire (bring their own or pay for bike hire)

Look to reinstate monthly emails / notification

Can I book Personal Training?

At Cyclopark, we do not actively have bookable Personal Training sessions in our gym studios.

We do have a range of instructions within our Park Fitness team who carry out Fitness Inductions and Programme Writing Sessions, upon request.

How should I, or others, act in Fitness Classes?

Fitness classes are a great place to workout in a fun and supportive environment – to help support this, please follow the rules below:

 

  • Turn up to classes early so you don’t miss the warm up, or class introduction.
  • Speak to instructor before class if you have any questions or injury / health condition that may effect your experience.
  • After the class, wipe down and put the equipment away
  • If possible, please use the lockers provided for your bags and coats to keep the class space safe and uncluttered
As a member, I am having issues booking Hire Bikes

If you are having issues with accessing the Online Bike Hire system as part of your membership please see the steps below –  

Please ensure you have submitted your Member Bike Hire Request by clicking here

Creating an Online Account:

  1. Receive email with instructions and Activation Link 
  2. Click [Accept invitation]
    2. Create a Password for bike hire (not the same as your Cyclopark Password)
    3. Confirm Password
    4. Hit Submit
    5. Receive Confirmation (it may redirect you to an Error Page – please ignore this)
    6. Follow the next steps to book equipment

How to book equipment:

  1. Go to https://cyclopark.com/bikehire/
  2. Work out what size bike each rider requires using our Size Chart
  3. Select the date and time of your first session
  4. Select equipment required (select exact amount of bike and helmets for your membership)
  5. Click Add to cart and then Checkout.
  6. Sign in using: your email address & the Password you just created
  7. Fill in your Billing address
  8. Accept the terms and conditions
  9. Review your cart – the Total cost should be £0.00
  10. Hit Complete Checkout to secure your booking
  11. Receive email confirmation
