DEDICATED STUDIOS

From heavy lifting to yoga, spin to outdoor conditioning β€” every space at Cyclopark is built for a purpose.

Full changing rooms, lockers, and showers are included for all members.

Functional Training Room

Squat racks, benches, TRX ropes, cable machines, dumbells (from 2 – 40kg), leg press machine, assisted pull up/dip machine,leg curl machine

Cardio Room

Treadmills, cross trainers, stairclimber, rowing machines, exercise bike / Watt bikes, recumbent exercise bike and outdoor training zone with punch bag

Garage HIIT Studio

Rowing machines, assault bikes, SkiErgs machine, squat racks, dumb bells (4 – 30kg), jump boxes, slam balls, sand bags and battle ropes

Spin Studio

25 ICG bikes with air con, disco lighting, and pumping music. Our spin classes are among the most popular in Gravesend β€” book early via the Cyclopark App.

Studio 1

Dedicated mirrored room for form-based classes including yoga, dance fitness, and combat. Ideal for technique-focused workouts where watching your movement matters.

Studio 2

Large open-plan space for high-energy group classes like kettlebells and Zumba, Parent & Baby variants. Designed for maximum movement β€” no corners cut.

We also offer access to Cyclopark’s 2.5km Road Circuit, 6km of Mountain bike Trails and outdoor areas as part of Park Fitness membership β€” unique to Cyclopark and not available at any other gym in the Gravesend area.

Gym Opening Times

As a Park Fitness membership holder, our studios open earlier than the wider park β€” so you can get your workout in before the day starts.

We’re open seven days a week, including bank holidays.

No childcare? No problem. Bring your little one along to our Parent & Baby fitness classes, running weekday mornings at Cyclopark. From HIIT to Kettlebells, classes welcome babies from 6 weeks up to 4 years old, on a pay-as-you-go basis or with a ParkActive Membership.
