Cyclopark App User Guide
Your favourite classes and sessions, right at your fingertips....
How to download and register on the Cyclopark App:
- Download the Cyclopark App from the iOS app Store or Android play store
- Once downloaded, on the app Homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Setup your account here‘
- This will then bring you to a Account Login page -Scroll down and this will give you the option to “Sign up”(Become a registered user/Pay as you go) or ‘Buy Membership’ (Become a paying member).
Please be aware – we have received feedback that some users cannot access the app on certain devices. If you are experiencing this issue, please click here to sign in online.
Already have an Cyclopark account and want to log in to the app?
Download the Cyclopark App On the homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘New to the Cyclopark App’ This will then bring you to an Account Login page
If you have booked a session through our website previously and already know your password – Log in with your details.
If you do not yet know your password – Click ‘Reset Password’
Enter your email You will receive a password link to your email. Follow the link and set up a password Re follow the steps and log in with your new password
Already logged in but need to change your details?
On the homepage, click “My Account’. Here you will be able to make changes to your account. This includes:
Profile Details: This allows you to edit your personal details, medical history and emergency contact details.
Billing and Fines: Here you will be able to view your payment statement, view credit notes/vouchers, and pay any outstanding fines
Achievements: Here you can view the badges you have achieved and ones you are on your way to completing
My account: Click here to view all your account details, as well as change your password/email address.
Membership Card: This is a digital version of your membership which also contains your membership number and membership type.
Become a member: An outline of all our membership offerings, with the ability to sign up/change your membership.
