Cyclopark is a great place for families to enjoy affordable, active and outdoor activity all year round!
With facilities and activities ranging from all day access to our 3000sqft play park, to off-road adventure on our 6km of MTB trails, there is something for the whole family to enjoy – you can even hire bikes, meaning you don’t have to worry about wrestling yours into the car!
Children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the park, so be prepared to ride and play with your little ones too!

Our 200-space car park allows members and regular users the opportunity to park at the venue within our opening hours. Payment for our car park is made via YourParkingSpace, on a pay on exit, barrierless system.

Booking Classes, Coaching & Activities
Our in-house fitness classes, coached cycling sessions and health and well-being activities are all bookable via the Cyclopark App.
This free application (available for both Android as well as iOS) allows members, and non-members to view, book and manage their bookings all in one easy-to-access place! Along with ease of booking, users also receive exclusive messages, offers and access to our newsletter – The Month Ahead.

Accessible Activities / Facilities
Cyclopark is all about making cycling fun and accessible for everyone! Through our Cyclo4All program, kids and adults with disabilities or special needs can enjoy amazing, inclusive cycling experiences, a weekly basis.
Our friendly, trained volunteers will help find the perfect bike for each rider, so they can feel the joy of cycling, no matter their ability.
With the biggest fleet of adapted bikes in the South-East, we’ve got everything you need to get started in a safe and welcoming space. Come ride with us and discover the thrill of cycling!
Cyclo4All sessions take place every week on Wednesday. All those who wish to attend must complete an induction session with their carer / guardian so that they can be assessed and assigned to a bike which best suites them.

Ontop of the amazing sessions we run, the venue itself is step-free and has accessible changing places, a seated shower and shower bed with hoist.

Park Eat, Cyclopark’s in-house café, offers a friendly welcome to all customers, whether you are looking for refreshments before a ride, refuelling post workout tough workout just to meet up with a few friends over a lovely cup of barista coffee – Park Eat is here for your needs!
There are many ways in which you can buy our amazing barista coffee for less, find out more below:
- Members Discount: As a Cyclopark Park Fitness/Active/Park & Ride/Junior Member, you can redeem a 10% discount on all hot drinks purchased. Simply scan your card when buying your coffee to gain this member benefit.
- Park Eat Loyalty Cards: Collect a loyalty card, buy 10 coffees and get your 11th one completely free!
- Volunteers: Become a member of our Park Proud volunteering programme and receive a free hot drink during your volunteering
Food
Park Eat offers a range of hot food 7 days a week, from fresh, handmade sourdough toasties and bacon sandwiches to more grab and go options like pasties and sausage rolls.
For children, kids lunch boxes provide an easy solution for lunch on your weekend days out! For those with a sweet tooth, our selection of cakes, confectioneries and protein bars will keep you energised for your classes or go nicely with your coffee when meeting friends!
Vegan / gluten free options are available upon request when ordering.
Drinks
A café is only as good as it’s coffee and we pride yourselves on having over 10 barista trained members of the Park Eat team!
A wide range of barista coffees, specialty teas and hot chocolates can be found at Park EAT. Cold blended drinks such as frappes, iced coffees, milkshakes and smoothies also prove to be a popular choice throughout the summer!
Cans and bottled drinks provide an easy option for those looking to get in a light refreshment during a ride and tap water is free via our outdoor drinking water taps.
Decaf and alternative milk options cater for all dietary requirements and preferences – please request these when ordering.

Rules Of The Park
Venue Rules
- We are helmet compulsory: Helmets must be worn at all times, on all wheeled activities
- All general admission activities must be paid for at reception: Access to specific areas must be purchased at reception, please see price list to understand costs
- Riders under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Hire bikes can only be used on the road circuit and MTB Trails
- You can only access the area that you have paid for at reception
- Only selected members can access the Fitness Studios for gym usage
Strictly No's
- No dogs (excluding registered assistance dogs)
- No Smoking or E-Cigarettes
- No PEVs (electric scooters, electric skateboards, electric motorbikes, hover boards)
- No unsupervised riding of the BMX Racetrack
- No BBQ’s or open fires
Road Circuit Rules
- Helmets must be worn at all times when riding on the road circuit
- Riders under the age of 8 years old, must be accompanied by an adult
- Balance bikes, bikes with stabilisers, scooters, skateboards (both standard or electric version), prams, pushchairs, roller skates, speed skates, remote controlled cars and pedal go karts are strictly prohibited on the road circuit
- Walking / running is not permitted on the road circuit
- Riders must travel in a clockwise rotation only
- Bikes must have at least one working brake
- Be aware of circuit closures when riding – identified by barriers blocking certain areas
- Hire bikes can be used on the road circuit
Mountain Bike Trails Rules
- Helmets must be worn at all times when riding on the MTB trails
- Riders under the age of 8 years old, must be accompanied by an adult
- Balance bikes, bikes with stabilisers, scooters, skateboards (both standard or electric version), prams, pushchairs, roller skates, speed skates, remote controlled cars and pedal go karts are strictly prohibited on the MTB Trails
- Riders must travel in a clockwise rotation only
- Riders must not walk on the trails
- When riding after dark, riders must: ride in a minimum group of 2 riders, have their own lights & sign in / out at reception with an emergency contact number
- Bikes must have at least one working brake
- Hire MTB bikes can be used on the MTB trails
BMX Racetrack Rules
- Unsupervised riding is strictly prohibited, with access only being permitted during coached / private sessions when a qualified coach and first aider is present
- Riders must complete a BMX Induction session before attending further Novice, Intermediate, Expert or Open sessions, unless they can provide a valid British Cycling BMX Race licence.
- Arms, legs and hands must be fully covered when riding
- A full-face helmet must be worn at all times when riding on the BMX racetrack
- Trainers must be worn when riding on the BMX racetrack
- BMX bikes with stabilisers or stunt pegs are not permitted on the BMX racetrack
- BMX bikes must have at least one working brake
Play Park Rules
- Helmets must be worn when riding in the Play Park
- Payment, made at reception, covers a family of up to 5 people, for all day access.
- Children under the age of 8 years old, must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Play Park.
- The play park is suitable for children between the ages of 2 – 10 years old.
- Be respectful of other users / families in the Play Park and Cyclo-Land
- Balance bikes, scooters and early pedal bikes are permitted in the Play Park and Cyclo-Land.
- Remote controlled cars, personal electric vehicles or hover boards are not permitted.
- Balls, or ball games, are not permitted in the Play Park or Cyclo-Land. Please use the MUGA for ball related activities.
- The Play Park and Cyclo-Land are checked every morning by a member of the team, however if you spot something that you deem unsafe, please let a staff member know immediately.
- Balance bikes can be hired at reception so children can start their cycling journey at the park.
- Picnic benches, located through the Play Park and Cyclo-Land provide space for families to eat their lunches. Please use the bins for all your rubbish.
- When using Cyclo-Land, be mindful of other children riding in the area.
- The tunnel located in Cyclo-Land operates in an anti – clockwise fashion. Please take notice of the signs located in the tunnel.
Skatepark Rules
- Helmets must be worn at all times when riding in the skatepark.
- Additional protective equipment such as elbow, knee and shin pads are recommended but are not compulsory.
- Upon paying, riders will receive a coloured wristband that corresponds to an Age Specific session.
- Riders must adhere to the Age Specific sessions outlined on our website, as well on physical signage around the skatepark.
- Members of the team will complete regular checks to ensure all users are: riding respectfully, wearing helmets and riding in the correct session for their age.
- All users must respect others in this space and understand the varying level of ability between riders using the area.
- If it rains the skatepark will be closed by a member of the team. If the weather forecast predicts rain, all users will receive a weather warning before paying to ensure they understand this.
- BMX bikes, scooters, skateboards, jump bikes and inline / roller skates, trials bikes are permitted for use in the skatepark.
- Mountain bikes, remote control cars, electric vehicles and Cyclopark’s hire bikes are strictly prohibited in the skatepark
Fitness Class Code of Conduct
- Please scan your card at reception upon arrival to confirm your attendance
- If you cannot attend a class, please cancel your reservation on the Cyclopark App, no later then 1 hour before the class starts, or contact recpetion@cyclopark.com should you pass the 1 hour cancellation period
- Ensure you clean and put away your equipment correctly after your class
- Do not use mobile phones during classes, unless in an emergency
- Remember to use our lockers in reception, or in the changing rooms, for your bags and coats whilst doing classes
- Guest Passes cannot be used in fitness classes
- Be respectful to other members and instructors
- If you are new to the class, or have any pre-existing health issues, please talk to the class instructor before the class starts to inform them
- During Parent and Baby Classes, babies and toddlers must be safely strapped into a pushchair, carrier or one of our hihg chairs throughout the class
Fitness & Garage Studio Code of Conduct
- Please clean and put away your equipment correctly after use
- Do not drop weights
- Please scan your membership card upon arrival to confirm your presence
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Be respectful of the equipment and other gym users
- Remember to use our lockers in reception, or in the changing rooms, for your bags and coats whilst using the Fitness or Garage Studio
- If you are unsure how to use a specific piece of equipment please talk to a member of the team, or scan the QR code on the machine for more information
- The gym is a safe space, do not hesitate to report anything that makes you feel uncomfortable
- Babies and toddlers are welcome in the Fitness and Garage Studios from 11am – 4pm (Monday – Friday). Please ensure that they are safely secured in a carrier or one of our high chairs
- There may be classes taking place throughout our Fitness and Garage Studios throughout the day. During the classes, these spaces will be out of use
