MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

Membership Freeze Terms and Conditions

You may request to Freeze your membership, for up to three months by paying an administration fee of £10 per freeze request (“Freeze Fee”).

You may apply to freeze your membership at any time, provided you have completed at least one full calendar month of membership and have not given notice to terminate your membership.

Freeze requests will be considered on medical grounds should you develop a medical condition which prevents you from using the services on a temporary basis. An appropriate medical practitioner notice may be required.

A Freeze may be applied for a minimum period of one calendar month and a maximum of three calendar months in any six-month period.

Freeze requests must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the month to take effect from the 1st day of the following month. All freeze periods commence on the 1st of a calendar month.

During the Freeze period your access to the facilities will be suspended and membership payments will be paused.

Your membership will automatically recommence at the end of the agreed Freeze period. No prorata reactivations or partial-month reactivations will be permitted.

Memberships cannot be cancelled while frozen. Any notice to terminate your membership must be given while your membership is active and will be charged at the standard monthly rate. Any applicable notice period (including any minimum cancellation period) cannot run concurrently with a freeze period.

Freezing your membership is not the same as terminating your membership.
