Parent & Baby Gym Sessions

Finding time to visit the gym, or motivation to complete home workouts, can be difficult when you have a baby!

That’s why we allow parents and their babies to attend the gym during off-peak hours: Monday to Friday, between 9am & 4pm!

Babies must be kept in a carrier at all times and must not be left unattended throughout your workout.

We recommend that parents use the Garage H.I.I.T Studio if they are planning on bringing your child along to a gym workout, as this space is generally quieter and less attended, meaning parents can use the facilities uninterrupted with their little ones.
