Acknowledgement of Activities & Risks
By entering or using Cyclopark Charity facilities (“the Venue”), you (“the User”) understand and accept that taking part in activities such as road circuit cycling, BMX, mountain biking, skateboarding, scootering, gym and fitness activities, play park use, walking, running, or any other recreational or sporting activity (“the Activities”) involves inherent risks of injury or loss.
These risks include, but are not limited to:

Collisions or falls

Loss of control, high speeds, or uneven surfaces

Contact with other participants, spectators, or objects

Equipment failure or misuse

Changing weather or surface conditions

Slips, trips, and falls around the site

Serious injury, including fractures, head injury, paralysis, or death

Loss or damage to personal property
While Cyclopark Charity takes reasonable steps to ensure safety, no safety measures can completely eliminate risk, and you accept these risks voluntarily.
Health & Fitness Declaration
By entering or participating, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and free from any condition that could make participation unsafe.
If you are unsure, please seek medical advice before taking part.
If you begin to feel unwell or unsafe at any time, you agree to stop participating and inform Cyclopark staff immediately.
Conduct, Rules & Protective Equipment
You agree to:

Follow all Codes of Conduct, rules, signage, and staff instructions

Wear a helmet at all times during any wheeled activity

Ensure your equipment and helmet are safe and in good condition before use

Use all hire equipment responsibly

Not participate if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair ability

Treat other users, staff, and spectators respectfully

Supervise any children in your care and ensure they comply with these terms
Cyclopark Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting unsafely or breaching rules, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Except in cases of proven negligence or breach of duty by Cyclopark Charity, you fully accept and assume all risks of injury (including death), illness, or property damage that may arise from participation in any Activity or presence at the Venue.
Waiver & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Cyclopark Charity, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (“the Released Parties”) from all liability, claims, or demands related to any injury, illness, death, or property damage sustained while participating in or attending any Activity.
This includes incidents arising from your own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises or equipment.
This waiver does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence of Cyclopark Charity, or for any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims arising from your actions (or those of anyone in your care) or any breach of these terms.
Spectators & Public Areas
Spectators and members of the public enter Cyclopark premises at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
All visitors must follow signage and stay clear of active circuits, ramps, and tracks.
Children Under 16
For participants under 16 years of age, these terms must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian who:

Consents to the minor’s participation

Confirms the minor’s health and ability to participate safely

Accepts these terms on behalf of both the minor and themselves

Agrees to indemnify Cyclopark Charity for any loss or claim arising from the minor’s participation
Third-Party Events
Some events, races, or coaching sessions may be organised by third parties who are responsible for their own risk assessments and insurance.
Cyclopark Charity provides venue access only and accepts no liability for the conduct, instruction, or supervision provided by third-party organisers.
General Terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.

These terms apply each time you enter Cyclopark Charity premises and remain in effect until updated or revoked.
