What Is the App?
The Cyclopark App is a mobile application that allows people to book a range of in house sessions onsite.

Who Is The App For?
The Cyclopark App is available for both members and non-members who wish to book sessions at the park.

What Can I Book on the App?
The Cyclopark App can be used to book fitness classes, cycling coaching sessions and holiday clubs.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE CYCLOPARK APP
The Cyclopark App can be downloaded on both Android and iOS devices. Click on the logos below to download the App best suited to your device.
Once downloaded, scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click ‘Setup your account here‘
This will then bring you to the Account Login page – Scroll down and this will give you the option to either:
- ‘Sign up’ (Become a registered user/Pay as you go)
- ‘Buy Membership’ (Become a paying member via direct debit)

Already have an Cyclopark account and want to log in to the app?
On the homepage, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘New to the Cyclopark App’
This will then bring you to an Account Login
If you have already booked a session through our website previously, and know your username and password – please proceed to login with your details.
Already have an Cyclopark account but do not know your login details?
If you have already booked a session with us previously, but you do not know, or have forgotten, your password – click ‘New to the Cyclopark App’ and then click ‘Reset Password’
Enter your email address linked to your account*. You will receive a password link via your email.
Follow the link and set up a new password.
Re-follow the steps and then log in with your new password that you have set.
* If you are unsure as to what email address is linked to your account, please email reception.
Already logged in but need to change your details?
On the homepage of the App, click ‘My Account’.
Here you will be able to make changes to your account. This includes:
Profile Details: This allows you to edit your personal details, medical history and emergency contact details.
Billing and Fines: Here you will be able to view your payment statement, view credit notes/vouchers, and pay any outstanding fines
Achievements: Here you can view the badges you have achieved and ones you are on your way to completing
My Account: Click here to view all your account details, as well as change your password/email address.
Membership Card: This is a digital version of your membership which also contains your membership number and membership type.
Become a member: An outline of all our membership offerings, with the ability to sign up/change your membership.
Parent Portal: As a parent, you can have your whole family under one account, making booking multiple activities for your children so much easier. Find out more here!
What you can't book on the Cyclopark App...
Although nearly all of our in-house sessions are bookable on the Cyclopark App, there are some activities that must be booked in other ways or are only available at the reception desk:
- Bike & helmet hire
- Play park & Skatepark
- Road circuit & Trails
- Adaptive cycling sessions

PARENT PORTAL
Introducing a brand new feature to the Cyclopark App, that allows parents to book themselves and their children onto classes and sessions without having to log in or out of their accounts! Simply add your child, or spouse, to your online account and make bookings for them!
Why is this tool so powerful?
As you may know, if you have multiple children that attend our sessions, you need to have one account person person, meaning that if you’re looking to book multiple children at once you must log in and out of their accounts to make bookings. This is a time consuming and tedious process that has been an issue for some years now! This new tool will allow one account to make bookings for everyone that they add to their account.
If you already know your child’s account details (CCP Number), follow the steps below:
- Open the Cyclopark App
- Log into the account you wish to be the main account / your own account (parent)
- Hit the ‘My Account’ tile
- Hit the ‘Parent Portal’ tile
- Hit ‘Add Existing Contact’
- Enter your child’s CCP Number. This can be found by pressing ‘Membership Card’ on the Cyclopark App Home page, once logged into your child’s account
- Hit ‘Check’
- If recognised, it will then ask two identification questions linked to their account
- Answer the questions and hit ‘Add Participant’
- If the answers are correct, the account will successfully be linked to your account
- You can now make bookings for this contact
If you wish to create a new account to add to your exisiting account, follow the steps below:
- Open the Cyclopark App
- Log into the account you wish to be the main account / your own account (parent)
- Hit the ‘My Account’ tile
- Hit the ‘Parent Portal’ tile
- Hit ‘Create New Account’
- Fill in all of the fields listed to create a new user
- Once submitted, the new user will be successfully linked to your acount
- You can now make bookings for this contact
