  • Living with an underlying health condition. Examples include high BMI / excess bodyweight, long-covid, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, anxiety or depression (including post-natal), osteoarthritis or other

Simply fill out this form, and a member of our Fitness team will assess your registration for eligibilty for the programme.

They will then call you back to arrange your first visit to the park, where you will you be signed up and shown how to use the equipment!

Our Stand On Movement Not Meds

Our Movement Not Meds programme is all about helping people take positive steps toward feeling better — both physically and mentally. It’s designed for anyone whose health may be affected by things like being overweight, having a sedentary lifestyle, or living with depression or anxiety.

We focus on building healthy habits that last — like moving more each day, eating well, and finding balance. These small, consistent changes can make a big difference to your overall wellbeing and, in some cases, may even help reduce the need for certain medications over time.

That said, it’s really important to be clear: we never encourage anyone to stop or avoid taking prescribed medication. If you’re receiving treatment — your medication is a vital part of your care and recovery.

Our programme is here to work alongside your medical treatment, not replace it. We’re here to help you move more, feel stronger, and live healthier — one step at a time.
