NORTH DOWNS RUN

2025 sees the 41st staging of this annual event organised by Istead & Ifield Harriers. The route of the North Downs Run passes through some of the finest scenery in Southern England. A challenging multi-terrain event, of approximately 30 kilometres using undulating paths and established tracks threading through woodlands, fields and parkland across the beautiful North Downs.

- Location: Cyclopark, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 7NP
- Cut off time: 4 hours 30 minutes
- Cost of entry: £36 for affiliated runners, £38 for non-affiliated

The North Downs Run Committee is thrilled to announce that, as a non-profit event, they have donated an impressive £5,300 to support several amazing local charities, thanks to the participation of runners in the 40th NDR anniversary race in 2024.
The NDR Becomes Part of the Kent Grand Prix
The committee is also excited to reveal that the 2025 North Downs Run will be part of the Kent Grand Prix series. This means the event is expected to sell out more quickly than ever before, so they encourage participants to secure their spots early!
