We are a fully equipped fitness centre, boasting a programme of classes and studios, for people of all walks of life!

Open 7 days a week, our ParkFitness timetable and facilities provide a  plethora of activities to keep you moving, reach your goals, and build support groups along  the way!

Our Facilities

Our facility offers over 70 diverse fitness classes each week, providing something for everyone.

Work out across multiple gym spaces, a dedicated Spin class studio, and specialised zones for group exercises and fitness classes!

For your convenience, we also provide fully equipped changing rooms, lockers and showers onsite.

Functional Training Room

Squat racks, benches, TRX ropes, cable machines, dumbells (from 2 – 40kg), leg press machine, assisted pull up/dip machine,leg curl machine

Cardio Room

Treadmills, cross trainers, stairclimber, rowing machines, exercise bike / Watt bikes, recumbent exercise bike and outdoor training zone with punch bag

Garage HIIT Studio

Rowing machines, assault bikes, SkiErgs machine, squat racks, dumb bells (4 – 30kg), jump boxes, slam balls, sand bags and battle ropes

Spin Studio

Designated space for spin classes, with 25 ICG bikes, disco lights, air con and music

Studio 1

Mirrored room for form based classes like Yoga, dance Fitness and Combat

Studio 2

Large, open space for group exercise classes like Kettlebells and Zumba

Fitness Opening Times

The Fitness Studios are open earlier than our public opening hours at the park, meaning members can get a pre-work gym session in to start their day off strong!

Group Exercise

Conditioning Classes

Move, groove, and get fit with our Dance and Conditioning classes! Feel the rhythm with dance fitness and Zumba, or punch your way to fitness with Combat. For a full-body challenge, try the intense workouts of HIIT, Body Conditioning, and Bootcamp.

Low-Impact

Stay active and flexible with our Low Impact classes! Perfect for older adults, Chair Fit and Chat offers a gentle way to stay fit and social. For those seeking balance and relaxation, explore our range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Fusion, and Sunrise Yoga.
