MEMBER BIKE HIRE REQUEST
As of Monday 21st July, Bike and Helmet Hire is no longer available to hire at the Reception deskÂ
Members, as you may know, you are entitled to FREE Bike & Helmet Hire, as part of their membership!
However, with the introduction of our new online Bike Hire booking system, members must first validate their membership to enable them to book bikes online, for FREE.
Not all memberships are elligible for FREE Bike Hire
Membership types elligible for FREE Bike hire:
- Park Fitness (individual membership)
- Park Active (individual membership)
- Park Junior (individual membership)
- Park Play & Ride (family membership)
- Student Park Fitness (individual membership)
- Movement Not Meds (individual membership)
Membership types NOT elligible for FREE Bike hire:
- Park Play (family membership)
Please ensure you select the correct Membership when filling out the form so our team can create your online booking account faster.
If you are unsure what Membership Type you have, please head to the Cyclopark App, and hit: Membership Card.
Fill in the form below, once the form is completed you will:
1) Receive email – instructing you to create password for account (This can take up to 3 days to receive)
2) Once passsword has been created, go to cyclopark.com/bikehire
3) Select your prefered hire date, time & equipment, then Checkout
4) Login at the point of checkout, with your email and the password you have just created
