Cyclopark is a fully equipped fitness centre, boasting a programme targeted for all walks of life. Open 7 days a week, both members, and paying customers can take part in a plethora of activities to keep active, reach their goals, and make new friends along the way!

A 45-minute class located in our designated spin studio! Using a range of techniques and cues to take you from fast flats, to the steepest of climbs.

Spin is great for anyone looking to get an awesome aerobic workout as well as also improving strength and endurance.

Express spin:

A 30-minute blast of different spinning techniques. A great way to get your spin fix and work on your overall fitness levels.

Strength, endurance, power and mobility. A class that helps train your body as a complete unit, builds muscle and burns fat. 

Complete aerobic workout that features lunges, crunches and squats. Improving the tone, shape and firmness of these key areas.

A fun, low impact, chair based exercise class to music, that includes gentle exercise to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, while gently toning muscles and joints.

Followed by a cuppa and a chat in our spacious café. A great way to get active and meet new people!

A full body workout that improves functional movement, core stability and alignment. Pilates will also help to improve flexibility, burn calories and improve strength levels.

Garage H.I.I.T:

By working in pairs, take part in this intense 30-minute HIIT class, using free weights, slams balls, battle ropes, wall balls, Concept SkiErgs machines, Concept 2 Rowing machines and AirBikes in our designated Garage gym space! 

Park H.I.I.T:

High Intensity Training that takes place in the fitness studio. Making use of the gym equipment for very short bursts of extremely intense exercises. 


A 45 minute class, with a mix of high intensity workouts, strength building exercises, cardio and core work. Helping to build muscle and burn fat!


Hatha Yoga:

This form of yoga is great for strengthening muscles, improving balance and mobility, blending poses and breathing

This class is suitable for all and will leave you de-stressed.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa essentially means movement synchronised with breathe. It's vigorous style is based on a rapid flow through sun salutations and a continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.

Fusion Yoga:

Fusion Yoga is the blending of techniques, it focuses on combining mind and body exercises.

This form of yoga will benefit the users strength, aerobics, balance and flexibility.

Sunrise Yoga:

Rise and shine with this morning class! For the early birds and those who wish to start their day feeling refreshed book on to sunrise yoga. 

A fun, high energy, total- body aerobic workout to popular music from all eras. Easy to follow choreography to keep you moving, featuring and array of dance styles from salsa to street dance.

An old school conditioning class using classic bodyweight and weighted exercises.  A 45 minute class targeting the whole body, focusing on strength, toning and suitable for all levels of fitness.

A 30 minute class focusing on abs, obliques, lower back muscles, glutes and hips. Located in our Garage fitness zone!

A fun, fast paced, boxing fitness class. Incorporating a range of striking techniques, paired drills and exercises to improve your fitness in an alternate fashion!

Resistance and strength training in one class. A Bootcamp workout will include functional fitness, such as whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements suited for day to day life.

Expect push-ups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as drills and sprints.

Unfortunately, women tend to lose muscle mass and gain abdominal fat around perimenopause and menopause. Regular weight training helps boost your metabolism and stimulate muscle building cells.

Weight training helps provide the strength building stimulus women need as oestrogen decline. By introducing heavy weights into your exercise regime, bone loss can be slowed down and help lower the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.

Don’t forget that exercising regular boosts your mood and helps ward off depression.

Learn to train with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells with form and effectiveness in our 5 week clinic.

The ultimate feel good, full body, high-energy aerobic workout. Also great for core strengthening and flexibility. Suitable for all abilities.

Parent & Baby H.I.I.T:

High intensity interval training, using very short bursts of extremely intense aerobic exercises, with slower recovery periods.

Parent & Baby Kettlebells:

Improving strength, endurance, power and mobility, this class has it all.

A class that will help train your body as a complete unit, building muscle and burning fat!

Parent & Baby Spin:

Your instructor will use techniques to take you from fast flats to steep climbs. 

This class looks to improve strength and endurance. 

Parent & Baby Body Conditioning:


An old school conditioning class using classic bodyweight and weighted exercises. A 45-minute class targeting the whole body, focusing on strength, toning and suitable for all levels of fitness.

A socially-driven celebration of women on bikes! Unites riders to share the joy of cycling, regardless of age, ability or bicycle preference. 

  • Cyclopark have a no refund policy
  • If you cancel within 4 hours of the class you will receive a £4.00 booking fine. This must be paid at reception during your next visit.
  • If you cancel a class online, with more than 4 hours notice, you will NOT receive a booking fine (£4.00)
  • If you cancel the class at reception and give more than 4 hours’ notice, we will be able to move your booking to another date/time

We politely ask you do not book a class with us unless you are sure you are able to attend!
