Now FREE for over 65 year olds!

This class, for older individuals & those with low mobility, is now completely FREE for Over 65's – meaning people who may usually have difficulty accessing physical exercise can now enjoy regular, low-impact movement at no cost! 

A fun, low impact, chair based exercise class to music, that includes gentle exercise to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, while gently toning muscles and joints.

To top it all off, we provide time after the class for participants to enjoy a free hot drink & a chat, which brings amazing social & mental health benefits too!
