This year, we’re doing things differently – We have seperated the tickets into 5 vehicle types / requirements:

• Orange: Motorhome with Left Awning
• Green: Motorhome with Right Awning
• Blue: Motorhome with NO Awning
• Yellow: Park & Pitch (camping on grass away from vehicle)
• Grey: Camping / Motorhome Mix (on grass)

To ensure riders can stay with friends and family over the Brits weekend, we have also divided the overnight parking areas into multiple zones to choose from – please see map of zones here!

Overnight Parking Prices:

Ticket Price: £85.00 (+ non-refundable booking fee)

Overnight Parking Bays

• Overnight parking bays are 7m X 2.5m. If your vehicle and caravan exceed the 7m X 2.5m bay, please contact brits25@cyclopark.com
• Depending on what ticket you have purchased, parking will take place either fully on grass, or 50/50 on hard standing and on grass 
• Vehicles will be parked within the next available overnight parking bay, in each specific zone.
• Venue floodlights turn off at 10:00pm
• Not all overnight parking zones have flood lights

Overnight Parking Amenities

• Overnight security will remain onsite throughout the entire event – providing night checks of the venue.
• Toilets and changing rooms (with showers) are available for use for the entire duration of your stay
• Additional toilets, bins and septic tanks are positioned in the overnight parking zones for your use. Please work with us to keep the venue clean
• Drinking water can be found on the wall, by the rear doors of the reception building
• Park Eat, our inhouse cafe, will be open from 7am until 7pm throughout Friday to Sunday, serving breakfast and barista coffee!
• Food vendors, positioned in the event village, will be open until late throughout your stay

Arrival and Departure Times: 

The following times are dependent on the public and other vehicle movements. Accomodation to move outside of the times listed can be arranged if possible.

• Friday Arrive after 9am / Depart after 8pm
• Saturday Arrive By prior arrangment / Depart after 6pm
• Saturday Arrive By prior arrangment / Depart after 6pm
• Monday  Depart before 11am

Car Parking 

For those who have booked overnight parking, the vehicle registration you supplied at the point of purchase, will be added to our ANPR system for Friday 22nd August – Monday 25th August. 

Pedestrian Access

Pedestrian access to the venue will be available 24/7. All overnight guests will be issued with an Overnight Parking wristband upon arrival, which will be used to manage access to the venue in the evenings and early mornings.

Have someone coming to visit? No problem – as long as they are with someone with a Overnight Parking Wristband, when they enter the checkpoint they will be granted acccess

Prohibited Items and Actions

• Strictly No dogs (excl. registered assistance dogs)
• Strictly No smoking/ E-cigarettes
• Strictly No BBQs or campfires
• Strictly No Personal Electronic Vehicles (electric scooters / skateboards / remote controlled cars)
• Strictly No unauthorised or unpaid access to the playpark or skatepark

Please refrain from using or performing the following items and actions during the Brits weekend!
