Cyclopark Summer Cyclocross
We're kicking off the National Cyclocross Championship season with an exciting afternoon of summer cross racing on a condensed Cyclopark course! You'll get to experience many of the iconic sections from our National Champs course, but fear not we’re leaving the steps out this time...
This event is perfect for fine-tuning your skills for the upcoming cross season or, if you’re new to cyclocross, trying it out in our Novice category.
Races For All Categories: We have races for all age groups with full transponder timing provided by Eventrexuk.com. Please note, this event will be a one bike race, meaning there is no need for pit crews or spare bikes!
Enjoy The Summer Evening: With this event taking place in mid-August, we should be granted a warm, dry evening, with mud kept to a minimum! We’ll also have outside catering available and will be open later into the evening to enjoy the classic Cyclopark summer sunset! Even if you’re not racing, come along with a cowbell, cheer for your friends, and get into the spirit of #crossiscoming...
Community Spirit: This event is coordinated by the Cyclopark Charity Trust and delivered by local cycling club volunteers.
Pre-Season Coaching: Alongside this season opening event, Cyclopark will also be offering two days of cyclocross coaching sessions starting the week of August 5th. These sessions are available for all categories.
