In order to book for anything at the Cyclopark, you must have some type of account with us. You do not have to pay for this account. This account must include contact details, so we can contact you if anything changes regarding your booking. You can access this account on our website. This account can also be used by Cyclopark staff to make a booking for you, only upon your request. You can do this by giving us a call or coming into reception in person. Personal details from this account will NOT be shared with any third parties.
If you have a membership, there is a two month cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your membership we do require two month written notice. Please send us your notice via email@example.com. From the moment the email is received, the cancellation process starts. You will still be able to use the facilities for the next 2 months until the policy ends. If you are paying for your membership via direct debit please do not cancel the debit beforehand.
If you have a park fitness membership, there is a booking ban policy. To avoid a booking ban please ensure you sign in to your booked sessions/classes. If you cannot attend a class we advise that you cancel 4+ hours prior to your class. If you fail to do so, you will receive a 7 day booking ban. Please note that the booking ban stops you from booking in advance BUT you are still able to to attend classes on the day if there is space.
If you forget to swipe in before the class, you can still sign in up to 1 hour after the class. You can contact reception even after leaving the facility to notify us of your presence.
