So, what is part of the Park Fitness membership?

The Park Fitness membership combines fitness and cycling benefits for those who want maximum access to all our classes and gym time plus the chance to cycle traffic free on our road track and mountain bike trails with access to our hire bike fleet.

More than 300 Classes a Month (see timetable here) From strength to cardio and low impact to high impact, your Park Fitness membership gives you access to a huge range and number of classes each month: Get a full body workout using weights and cardio with Body Conditioning, Kettlebells, Legs Bums & Tums, Park Shred, Body Blitz and our own Park HIIT, As you’d expect, we offer both Express Spin for 30 mins and full 45 min Spin classes, Create balance in your body and mind, whilst developing strength and flexibility with Hatha Yoga, Fusion Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pilates.

Have a fun, energetic, full body workout to music with Dance Fitness and Zumba. Other themed full body classes include our boxing-based Combat and resistance and strength Bootcamp classes. We also have a range of classes that enable parents to bring their babies including Parent and Baby Gym, Body Conditioning, Kettlebells, HIIT and Buggy Fit.

Other classes and led sessions for all ages include Strength & Sculpt, Level 1 Park HIIT, Chair Fit and Chat and the ever-popular Menopausal Weight Training Clinic*.

Instructor Time

Our instructors are available to provide gym inductions and program writing so that you feel confident to do your own strength training in our gym areas. This is a key component of overall health and fitness, helping increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis which is important for older individuals in particular.

Peak Time Access to our Two Gyms

This includes use of the Main Gym and Garage Gym during opening hours with a range of cardio machines, weights machines and free weights.

Access to the Bike Track, Mountain Bike Trails & Hire Bike Fleet

Take advantage of our unique 6kms of mountain bike trails and 2.9kms of road circuit as part of your membership.

Not got a bike, no problem – you also get access to the Park’s hire bike fleet!

Other Facilities & Discounts
